Hey there! For the next three days I’m sharing projects made with brand-spanking-new products from Lil’ Inker Designs as part of our new release blog hop. For the full details on the release, our blog hop, and prizes you’ll want to start at the Lil’ Inker Shop Blog. And if you’re following along, you just visited Maureen’s blog.

I am seriously in love with this die and stamp set. “Seriously” sees heavy rotation in my vocabulary. As a mother of young kids, I try my best to avoid curse words, especially the ubiquitous “WTF?” Instead, I find myself using a sarcastic “seriously?”

Driver yammering on a cell phone cuts me off. Seriously?

Kid spills milk moments after being reminded to use caution. Seriously?

Favorite store has a sale, but everything on your wish list is out of stock. Seriously?

I use it a lot. And I’ll probably use this set a lot, too.

Aren’t the fonts in this set just awesome? Love that I get to see Laura’s adorable handwriting on my projects. I used one of the larger sentiments to stamp the background of this card. The die cut and embossed sentiment are grounded on one of the new pinked flags die cuts. I used a little die cutting magic to make it long enough to use on an angle.

This next card floats the die cut, sentiment, and a balloon over a watercolor wash made with Gelatos. I seriously need a stack of these belated birthday cards.

Have you seen anything you can’t live without in the new release? I have the teensiest crafting budget these days, usually less than $20 a month, and I have to say that the Seriously die and Seriously Awesome set would have earned a chunk of it. If you can’t stamp without it either, the Lil’ Inker Designs Store is the last stop on today’s hop. I hope you’re leaving comments on the blog hop posts for a chance to stretch your budget with a LID gift certificate. See you tomorrow!
