Join in the fun every day at taheerah-atchia.com to see what special surprises await behind the door!

CG-8453

I had a lot of ideas when I sat down to make a holiday card for today’s Extravaganza. More than I could fit on one card. So I made two, using the same stamps and layouts, but different styles. First, my clean and simple, frosted latte card. The aqua card base is stamped with Concord & 9th’s Tree Ring with white ink. Then a cool blue mug, from Lil’ Inker Designs’ Latte Love set, perched atop snowflake and stitched sentiment flag die cuts.

CG-8442

This version uses a more traditional Christmas color scheme of deep red, ivory, blush, and tan and texture to make the style more rustic. I stamped the same tree ring onto a craft card base with Versamark ink. I clustered a few lonely scraps and die cuts on the card and stamped a sentiment from Latte Love. Then I made my mug with Merlot Fresh Ink and topped it with fussy cut holly from Lil’ Inker Designs Festive Florals stamps set.

CG-8446

It’s amazing how a few small changes can make such a difference in the final product.

It’s not a party without a prize – and with prizes every day there are several chances to win! Today’s prize is generously supplied by Waffle Flower Crafts so you’ll definitely want to win! Simply leave a comment on this post – then head back to taheerah-atchia.com and leave a comment there too! You must leave a comment on Taheerah’s blog as well as mine in order to be eligible to win! Don’t forget to grab the other surprise destinations from Taheerah’s blog and head over to them to leave comments there as well to improve your odds even more! You have until 23:59 EST on 31st December 2017 to enter.

Don’t forget Advent Calendar Extravaganza runs from 1st-25th December inclusive so make sure you visit taheerah-atchia.com every day for fabulous inspiration and amazing prizes every single time! Happy holidays!

I’m not a coffee lover but my mom is, although she’s never had a latte before. I like how the coffee in the cup looks like a real latte with the fancy foam and everything. I also love the wood background. My dad would have loved that wood background. He passed away on March 20th but he loved when I hand made him a card for his birthday or Father’s Day. He saved them all and has one hanging up on the wall in his den. For people who love coffee or latte’s, these 2 cards are perfect for them. I love how you used the wood background and the latte and coffee cup on both cards but with different colors & a few different things in each card, they are both totally different.
Thanks for showing us your very creative cards and for giving us the chance to win something. When I win I will find tons of things for me to buy. I can’t wait!
