Friday Five for February 21, 2003
1. What is your most prized material posession? I'm not sure anymore, but I think my laptop would be pretty high on the list.
2. What item, that you currently own, have you had the longest? No contest: Big Daddy Bugs, my stuffed Bugs Bunny who has been around for over 20 years.
3. Are you a packrat? Take one look at my room and ask me again. That is, if you can find me amid the boxes and piles of junk.
4. Do you prefer a spic-and-span clean house? Or is some clutter necessary to avoid the appearance of a museum? I love the simplicity and clean lines of modern architecture and design. And I hate that there is too much clutter in my life to make those designs a reality. I don't even know if its possible to live comfortably in homes like that, but even so, they have incredible aesthetic appeal.
5. Do the rooms in your house have a theme? Or is it a mixture of knick-knacks here and there? My rooms used to have a bit of a theme in my old apartment - Retro New York in the living room and celestial in the bedroom. But I'm too lazy and not very big on themes anymore. They're too restrictive.
